USER/ PRODUCT REGISTRATION
- How can I register?
- In the right upper corner you will find the button to register.
- You will have to fill-in the prompted fields, create a password, and accept the terms and conditions.
- Click on 'Register'.
- Once your session is active, you will access your registered information – your products, service records, and purchases.
- How can I log in from the webpage?
- In the right upper corner you will find the log-in button.
- To access, use your previously registered e-mail address and password./li>
- How can I recover my password?
- If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot your password?.
- We will request your e-mail address to send you an e-mail with the instructions to recover your password.
- Once you receive the e-mail, click on Recover password. This link will expire after 30 minutes.
- When you access the link, we will prompt for a new password, you must confirm your password in the next field.
- Lastly, confirm by clicking on update.
- How can I register my product?
- In the left upper corner, you will find the tab: Register your product.
- To create a client ID, you must register first.
- If you already have a record, please type-in your e-mail address and password.
- Once you are in your profile, you can register 1 or more products to your account.
- To register a product, fill-in the following fields:
- Model (required) and series (to find your product’s model/series, access the following link: How can I find my model number?
- Date of purchase
- Place of purchase, you can select it from the drop down menu.
- Finish with the save changes button.
- You will receive an e-mail with your product(s) registration confirmation.
- How can I locate my product’s model and series?
- Just below the browser, click on How can I find my model number?
- You must select your product’s category, and after that, the product for which you must validate model and series.
- You will be shown a picture of the product, and the possible places where you can find the model and series information.
SERVICE AND STATUS
- How can I request a service call?
- At the bottom of Home Page, you will find the 'Technical Service' icon, click on 'Request Service'.
- If you already have a user name, you can log-in to your account. If that is not the case, you will have to create an account. * Go to point 1.
- In the next step, fill-in your personal info and address.
- Next, fill-in the required service, select the previously registered products or you can register a new product *go to point 4, you must select a date to schedule the service you require and to write a short text describing the problem/service. Select the next button.
- Confirm your information and your request will be completed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- How can I know my service status?
- Log in to your account, you will have access to your service orders status.
- In My service orders section, you will find your services’ detail and status.
- Click on the Order detail button, you can read more about your service.
- How can I find my local service provider?
- To find your local service providers, go to the central bottom part of Home Page.
- Click on Find locator, you must enable the “use my location” option in some browsers.
- Fill-in your Postal Code to locate service providers.
- You will see the providers closest to you.
- The contact information for our Contact Center will appear below, in case you need them.
YOUR PRODUCT INFORMATION
- How can I find my product’s information and characteristics?
- In the right upper corner, you will find the tab: About my product.
- Click on it and select the product you require.
- In the page, select your product. You can filter by brand. The filter option is located in the left upper part.
- The see product button helps you find the related information.

- Manuals
- How can I download my product’s owner’s manual?
- Go to the About my product section.
- In your product information, you will see the Owner’s manuals & downloads. You can download the corresponding manuals here.
- How can I locate my product’s model and series?
- Just below the browser, click on How can I find my model number?
- Select your product’s category, and after that, the product for which you must validate model and series.
- You will be shown a picture of the product, and the possible places where you can find the model and series information.
PAYMENTS AND INVOICING
- Which are the payment methods?
- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
The following payment methods are available:
- How can I get my service invoice?
- If you need an invoice, you must request the service technician directly or contact the service provider after service has been completed.
PARTS / ACCESSORIES PURCHASE
- How can I register?
- In the right upper corner you will find the button to register.
- You will have to fill-in the prompted fields, create a password, and accept the terms and conditions.
- Click on register.
- Once your session is active, you will access your registered information – your products, service records, and purchases.
- How can I log in from the webpage?
- In the right upper corner you will find the button to create an account.
- To access use your previously registered e-mail address and password.
- Where can I buy parts and/or accessories for my product?
- In the left upper corner, you will find the Parts & Accessories tab.
- Click on the tab and you will be able to select your product from the different families.
- In this section, you will see the parts related to your product and their characteristics.
- You can select the number of parts/accessories to buy and add them to your cart.
- Which are the payment methods?
- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
The following payment methods are available:
- How can I identify my product’s part/accessory?
- Identify the product model (Home) How can I find my model number?
- In the browse window, place the identified model.
- Select your product
- Select the How can I find my product revision?
- Go to the Parts & Accessories section (bottom of the page)
- How long is the delivery time for a purchased part/accessory?
- Locate delivery time next to the “Add to cart” button.
- What is the available delivery area for parts and accessory shipments?
- Shipment is limited to national territory.
- Can I pick the purchased material up, in a warehouse?
- No, all our sales are for home delivery.
- How can I check my order status?
- Access your account, in the parts & Accessories section, at the bottom, the My purchase orders section.
- Where can I get a part/accessory that is not available online?
- Call our Contact Center at 1 800 561 3344 or contact your local authorized GE parts distributor.
